Anne-Lise Ross

Hi, I am Anne-Lise and I have been working with windshift CATALYST since the beginning of 2019. I was born and raised in Zimbabwe but in 2017 we swapped Africa for Europe where I now live in the beautiful city of Haarlem with my husband, two children and two dogs.

I am passionate about people, our programs and our environment. To this end, I am fortunate that I have a job where I meet a lot of people, watch them enjoy themselves as they participate in our activities and I make an impact in communities and the environment through initiatives in our partnership with B1G1.

I have over 25 years experience in the events industry, I am a cheerleader and will always be the one to give you a high five and a hug! I enjoy reading, listening to audiobooks, walking with the dogs and going on adventures with my family.
